CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel this contract for any reason within three (3) business days of signing the agreement and paying the fee. If you cancel within this period, you are entitled to a full refund of all money paid to us. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing [via email to linda@triimpactcollective.com].
If you cancel after three business days, but before we have begun substantial work on your immigration forms, you are entitled to a refund of your payment, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of [e.g., $50-$100 or 10%] to cover onboarding and processing costs.
If you cancel after we have begun preparing, reviewing, or analyzing your forms/documents, all service fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.
Any fees paid to US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State, or other government agencies, as well as costs for translations, medical exams, or courier services, are strictly non-refundable once paid, regardless of when you cancel.
If we terminate the contract because you provided false, misleading, or inaccurate information, no refund will be issued.
